Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
- 1 scoop protein powder (whey, vegan, or other preferred type)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
