How does it work?

Online fitness training gives you high-quality personal training without having to leave your home. Keep reading to learn more about me (Fit Fiona J) and to view currently available classes (both online and in person) and other coaching services.

Most of my fitness classes are ON-DEMAND through MyQFit App. This means you get coaching at a time & place convenient for you. Pre-recorded classes are a great solution for women who have hectic schedules and need to have a video available to use at any time. Meet “Fit” Fiona J.

I am a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer specializing in barre, dance cardio, and strength training methods. I hold certifications in Barre Above, Balletone, Zumba, Strong Nation, and TRX as well as AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Fitness Trainer certifications.

I am also a Master Trainer for Barre Above, training other instructors on how to teach barre. I love to work with people who are serious about meeting their fitness goals. Currently, I am finishing my Nutrition Coach certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and coaches clients through weekly workouts and healthy eating.

In addition to online classes, I teach local classes at 5 different facilities in the area, all of which are in their soft reopenings after being shut down during the Covid-19 pandemic. Even with this re-opening, I will continue to provide virtual classes and coaching here on my website.

When not teaching and coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family (husband Nathan and 5 children) and friends playing board games, hiking, paddle boarding, singing, and playing the piano.
