Meet “Fit” Fiona J.

Fiona Judd has been teaching and coaching fitness since 2018. She is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. She has been certified in many fitness formats including Barre Above, Balletone, Pumped Up Strength, Extreme HIIT Chaos, Les Mills BodyPump, Strong Nation, Zumba, Stott Pilates, and TRX. In addition to working as a Program Specialist for Barre Above and Balletone and a creator/choreographer for Pumped Up Strength, Fiona teaches in person at 4 facilities in her area and has coached hundreds of clients virtually on MyQFit App. She also shares home workouts on Instagram for her audience of over 350K. When she’s not busy teaching and coaching, Fiona is a busy mom. She and her husband Nathan have 5 children and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.
