Fiona was in the midst of raising five children, including two babies just 15 months apart, and she felt like her body had become unrecognizable—almost 200 pounds, constantly exhausted, and disconnected from the strong, energetic woman she once knew.
She started working with a trainer simply because she wanted to feel like herself again. But it became so much more than that.
Fiona realized that strength training wasn’t just about changing her body—it was about reclaiming her identity and mental clarity. She saw firsthand how building physical strength pulled her out of the fog and gave her the energy to fully show up for her family. And it changed the way she understood fitness for busy women juggling multiple responsibilities.
Now, as a certified personal trainer and fitness coach, Fiona helps women build sustainable strength without sacrificing their priorities. Because she believes every woman deserves the confidence and capability that comes when fitness enhances her life instead of competing with it.
